Leadership:
James W. Bennett – President - Experienced in starting and growing similar businesses in market area. Also, experienced in rapidly developing an organization to build, sell and finance more than 1,000 homes per year. Previously, Chairman and CEO of a NYSE company with over 8,000 employees with operations in 15 states.
Adriana Petrides - Exec. V.P. Finance - Experienced in developing a department with the responsibility for originating, underwriting, closing, servicing and selling in excess of 1,000 loans per year. Active in all phases of financial planning and administration.
Jorge Gutierrez - Exec. V.P. Sales - Has developed sales organizations capable of selling over 1,000 homes per year. Previously, supervised, trained and led a sales force of 50 associates. Currently, leads a high powered sales staff of 14 that sold 87 homes in our most recent month. Additionally, Jorge developed and executed the marketing plan and is heavily involved in designing final product.
